NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Wis. Stats. 19.84(3), that the Cobb Village Board will hold a Regular Meeting on Monday, October 12, 2009 at 6:00 p.m. at the COBB VILLAGE HALL, 501 Benson Street, Cobb, Wisconsin.

8. MOTION TO GO INTO CLOSED SESSION – Board may consider entering into closed session under Section 19.85 (1) (c) Wisconsin State Statute pertaining to personnel & wage issues and/or legal issues.
9. MOTION TO RECONVENE INTO OPEN SESSION – Board may consider taking a consensus to return to open session following the closed session to formally dispose of any issues discussed in closed session.
